Respiratory Care Connect is a Regional Center vendorized service provider through the Regional Center of the East Bay (RCEB). Our respiratory services are specially tailored for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities served within California's Department of Developmental Services (DDS), all in the comfort of their homes. This allows our professionally trained staff to deliver convenient, accessible, and individualized respiratory support where it matters most.

Assessment and Monitoring
We perform routine respiratory evaluations, monitor oxygen saturation levels, and identify early signs of respiratory distress or complications to support proactive care and intervention.

Our team provides continuous bedside respiratory care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, ensuring immediate response to respiratory needs, monitoring, and emergencies whenever they arise.

Personalized Respiratory Care Planning
We create individualized respiratory care plans tailored to each client's medical needs, lifestyle, and level of support. Our team works closely with physicians, caregivers, and families to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate respiratory care that promotes comfort, independence, and overall well-being.
Respiratory Therapy
Our licensed Respiratory Therapists provide comprehensive respiratory treatments and airway management tailored to each individual's needs. Services include ventilator, CPAP, BIPAP, and tracheostomy management, as well as suctioning, nebulizer treatments, chest physiotherapy (CPT), and pulmonary hygiene support to promote safer breathing and improved respiratory health.
Mobile Diagnostic Services
We provide convenient mobile diagnostic respiratory testing in the comfort of the client's home or residential setting. Services include Arterial Blood Gas (ABG) sampling and testing, Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT), and sleep studies to support accurate assessment, monitoring, and personalized respiratory care planning.
